Adirondack Blue Lining

Waking up early on a Saturday morning is the last thing any college student would want to do, but for this guy it’s the first thing he does. Looking on Google maps for blue lines within 5 miles away from campus to go fishing for brookies. I manage to find three places within 5 miles from campus, a tributary on Saint Regis River down Keeses Mill Road, and Osgood River by Mountain Pond special trout fishing area, and the last one is secret that I'm not willing enough to reveal. Creating your own trail through the woods get to these places is worth it, even with all bush whacking. The amount of brookies rising dries was phenomenal. The only thing I regret about going to these places was not having my camera to take pictures of the trout, wildlife, and beautiful scenery.
Heres a video thats related to what I did this morning.
